Dental Assistant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Dental Assistant to join our team in Doha, Qatar. The successful candidate must have a minimum of 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant and be able to work comfortably with patients from diverse backgrounds. The role requires excellent knowledge of dental procedures and equipment, and the ability to provide excellent patient care. The candidate should be highly organised, motivated, with great communication skills, and able to work independently and collaboratively with other members of the team. We are open to considering applications from candidates who are not native Qataris. Responsibilities

Preparing treatment rooms for patient examinations Assisting dentists during treatments Taking alginate impressions, making casts of teeth and fabricating temporary crowns Ensuring all instruments are sterilised properly before use Cleaning and maintaining equipment Taking x-rays and developing film as directed by the dentist Instructing patients on oral hygiene techniques Keeping accurate patient records Maintaining a clean, organised work environment Qualifications

Minimum 3 years' experience as a Dental Assistant Knowledge of dental procedures and equipment Excellent communication skills and patient-care oriented Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the dental team Ability to take alginate impressions and manage radiographic work as directed Salary : 1700
