Job description

We are an independent consulting and solutions company with Middle Eastern roots and a global reach.

We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Training Operation Executive to join our team in Doha, Qatar. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and coordinating all aspects of our organization's training operations, ensuring the smooth delivery of learning and development programs for our employees.

Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the training department, including scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation

Collaborate with subject matter experts and instructional designers to develop and implement effective training programs

Manage the organization’s Learning Management System (LMS) and other training technologies

Analyze training needs and develop strategies to address skill gaps within the organization

Create and maintain training budgets, monitoring expenses and optimizing resource utilization

Generate reports on training effectiveness, attendance, and other key performance indicators

Coordinate with internal departments and external vendors to ensure timely delivery of training materials and resources

Continuously evaluate and improve training processes and methodologies to enhance overall effectiveness

Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations in training delivery

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Education, or a related field

3-5 years of experience in training operations or a related field

Proven experience in designing and implementing training programs

Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and e-learning platforms

Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously

Excellent data analysis and reporting skills

Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and PowerPoint

Outstanding verbal and written communication skills

Strong organizational and time management abilities

Experience in budgeting and financial planning for training initiatives

Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies

Familiarity with training best practices and industry trends

Professional certifications in training and development (e.g., CPLP, ATD certifications) preferred

Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, multicultural environment
