Vice President Technical

We are proud to be working with our prestigious VVIP operator in the Middle East in their search for a Vice President – Technical to join their executive team. This role will provide strategic leadership across all technical and engineering functions, ensuring the organisation remains innovative, efficient, and positioned for long-term success.

The successful candidate will be required to develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure that the Part 145 and Part M / CAMO activities across the airline fleet are in compliance with local aviation regulations.

Role Requirements

Willing to relocate full time to Qatar

Min Bachelors qualification within an aircraft related trade

Minimum 15 years airline experience in CAMO and / or Part 145 environment

Minimum 5 years of Management job-related experience required

Experience in Operational environment (VIP Operation preferred)

Experience in leading, managing and developing a sizeable maintenance organisation, with responsibility for overall planning and financial accountability

A clear understanding of operational excellence, quality, health and safety and technical issues

Ideally VIP Fleet experience

Executive management experience
