Job Purpose Summary

The incumbent is primarily responsible for designing, implementing, administrating and proactively managing the Group’s SAN Storage Environment to provide reliable and highly available services to all users. He will also aim to continuously improve the Storage strategies to develop working order and delivery.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities By Dimensions

Shareholder & Financial

• Ensure the performance of necessary database administration to support all business units operations and further the Group’s strategy.
• Implements KPI’s and best practices for virtualization.
• Promote cost consciousness and efficiency and enhance productivity, to minimise cost, avoid waste, and optimise benefits for the bank.
• Act within the limits of the powers delegated to the incumbent and delegate authority to the respective staff and monitor exercise of the same.
• Demonstrate clear understanding of the important factors behind the bank's financial & non‑financial performance.
