Qualifications & Responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in engineering or equivalent experience required.
- Minimum 15 years of Oil & Gas EPC project experience, including GCC experience.
- Proven expertise in construction engineering and project execution within Oil & Gas.
- Strong knowledge of construction discipline and execution sequencing, including modulization.
- Proficient in MS Office and SAP.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and execution skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to liaise effectively at all organizational levels.
- Ability to influence and motivate teams to meet project objectives.
- Experience managing construction teams and subcontractors on complex projects.
- Leadership in developing construction deliverables and managing SIMOPS.
- Ability to coordinate onsite construction activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
- Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Innovate technical and execution solutions to enhance construction and commissioning transitions.
- Manage construction plans, procedures, and deliverables approval.
- Mentor construction teams and lead construction activities from kickoff through completion.
