Head of Institutional Operations

Hays are currently supporting a regional financial institution with their search for an VP - Institutional Operations to join their team in Doha.

The VP - Institutional Operations plays a critical role in managing and overseeing daily business operations, ensuring compliance on all processes, implementing strategies to optimise operational capabilities and enhancing customer experience.

Candidate requirements :

• Strong understanding of business operations with practical banking expertise in corporate products such as Trade Finance, Treasury and Investments, and Corporate KYC requirements.
• Proven experience in strategic planning, with a solid grasp of data analysis and performance / operation metrics.
• Proven track record of enhancing CX through strategic implementations.
• Exceptional organisational and leadership abilities, with excellent interpersonal skills, business insight, and a strong work ethic.
• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification is a plus.
