Experience in CRM, Finance, Vehicle sales & aftersales department. Streamline & implement user & customer friendly, yet effective operational processes in DMS Create user manuals of DRIVE system operations for new & existing users On demand report creation & customization for dealer management & dealer principals (FMC & FCA) Assist Marketing team to reach targeted customer volume using Campaign Manager Experience in developing MIS reports as per the management requirement. Skills

Ability to communicate orally with end users, vendors, management, and coworkers is crucial. Regular use of phone and email for communication is essential.
