Education & Experience :

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or Technical Writing / English from an accredited institution.
• 15 plus years of experience in technical writing, scope definition, and documentation development, including :
• Minimum 5 years in a PMCM / PMC, consultancy, or contracting environment
• At least 3-5 years of GCC experience, preferably on infrastructure, mixed-use, or mega-projects
• Demonstrated ability to develop RFP scope content, tender documentation, and contract deliverables for multi-package projects
