Job description
A leading energy company in Qatar is seeking an experienced professional to develop and implement Operations Excellence programs. The candidate will be responsible for creating frameworks for Process Safety and Barrier Management, ensuring quality assurance across projects, and supporting technical competency development. The ideal applicant should have a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and at least 10 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry, including supervisory roles.
