Job description

We are looking for a HSE In Country Fabrication Supervisor for one of our clients with the following details :

Location : Doha, Qatar - ONSHORE

Mob date : JUL-2025

Demob date : OCT-2026

Work Status : Residential, Single

Qualification and Experience Required :

  • Diploma / Degree or equivalent in engineering, Safety, Environmental or similar disciplines.
  • HSE Trainings : NEBOSH or equivalent
  • Large experience on similar activities at equivalent position (with 15 years of verifiable experience)
  • Familiar with fabrication yard scope, offshore installation / construction, and commissioning activities
  • Fluent in English
  • Practical knowledge on HSE aspect of fabrication & complex / heavy lift.

Certifications

  • OPITO H2S, T-BOSIET & AGT
  • OPITO OERTM & OERTL.

    • Computer knowledges

  • Conversant with Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access databases).

    • Personal qualities

  • Teamwork and collaborative mindset.
  • Open-minded and keen to knowledge sharing
  • Leadership and strong listening / communication skills
  • Ability to work on projects in a complex and multicultural environment.

    • Accountabilities

  • The job holder is accountable for the following activities during onshore fabrication phase of RP in-country fabrication project execution :
  • Promoting HSE policies & practices, culture and objectives for the project as the CPY HSE reference and focal point on the fabrication yard.
  • Verifying implementation and adhesion of Contractor with the requirements of the CONTRACT Exhibit L.
  • HSE supervision of fabrication activities at Sites.
  • Being "visible at Site" and "walking the talk" with HSE as a priority.
  • Timely Intervention where HSE deficiencies are identified and report.
  • Conduct Project HSE meetings, training, audits and inspection.
  • Work closely with the rest of the project team at the assigned location to promote the realization of the RP in-country FABRICATION HSE objectives & overall MP HSE objectives.
  • Highlight and alert Package HSE Lead about identified CONTRACTOR' deviation from HSE objectives & CPY set HSE standards / expectation.
  • Job holder shall be assigned to onshore fabrication yard & potentially assigned offshore base on operational requirement.
