Senior Spa Therapist

We are looking for a professional and well experienced Senior Spa Therapist to join our team.

Senior Spa Therapist is responsible for delivering exceptional spa and wellness treatments in accordance with Alfardan Spa standards, ensuring every guest experiences the highest level of personalized care and relaxation. This role requires advanced technical expertise, professionalism, and the ability to guide and mentor junior therapists in maintaining consistency, quality, and service excellence.The position plays a key role in upholding Alfardan Spa’s reputation for luxury, wellness, and holistic rejuvenation by combining skilled hands-on therapy with product knowledge, guest engagement, and team leadership.

Responsibilities

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massages, facials, body scrubs & warps, hammam, and hand & foot treatments following Alfardan Spa’s protocols and brand standards.
• Conduct detailed consultations to assess guests’ needs, preferences, contraindications, ensuring tailored treatment experiences.
• Provide consistent, high-quality service and personalized recommendations to promote guests’ overall well-being.
• Maintain professional communication with guests before, during, and after treatments to enhance satisfaction and loyalty.
• Promote homecare products and retail items with genuine, knowledgeable recommendations to support continued wellness.
