Construction Litigation & Arbitration Senior Associate (5-9 PQE)

We seek a Construction Litigation & Arbitration Associate with 5-9 years' post-qualification experience to join a distinguished disputes team in Doha. The successful candidate will work on complex regional and international construction disputes, with a particular focus on major infrastructure and energy projects across the MENA region as well as globally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle construction disputes through litigation, arbitration, and alternative dispute resolution mechanisms
- Draft pleadings, witness statements, and legal memoranda
- Manage document review and discovery processes
- Assist in the preparation of arbitration proceedings under major institutional rules (ICC, QICCA, DIAC)
- Support senior lawyers in case strategy and client advisory
- Work directly with clients, experts, and local counsel
Requirements
