Location : Doha, Qatar

Responsibilities

  • Perform OSP cable pulling activities with a focus on higher-capacity cable installations .
  • Execute OFC cable laying and recovery operations efficiently and safely.
  • Carry out duct rodding and roping works to prepare pathways for cable installation.
  • Handle civil-related tasks, including duct blockage clearing, manhole clearing , and associated ground works.
  • Ensure adherence to road safety protocols during all field activities.
  • Collaborate with the team to maintain smooth workflow and timely completion of projects.
  • Maintain proper tools, equipment, and safety gear for day-to-day activities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Proven hands-on experience as a Cable Puller in OSP projects.
  • Strong knowledge of optical fiber cable (OFC) handling, laying, and recovery techniques.
  • Practical experience in duct rodding and roping operations.
  • Familiarity with civil works such as duct blockages and manhole clearing (Remove water, sand, mud and clean).
  • Awareness of road safety standards and practices.
  • Gulf experience will be considered a strong advantage.
  • Ability to communicate effectively in Arabic ; additional languages will be a plus.
