Responsible Focal Point for the HSSE Event Management and Reporting in SpheraCloud and will need to have amazing IT skills to be use Incident documentation and followup of action closeout in SpheraCloud Reporting ToolProvide onboarding support and ongoing guidance to event owners and area focal points on incident reporting and action closeout process and any issues that might ariseCheck status of data continuously and correct when necessary and or followup with action owners event owners etc for correctionFollowup missing info on SpheraCloud such as investigation reports etc and complete them if missingCarry out onboarding Training for refreshers and new joiners on the toolUpdate access and notification protocols for SpheraCloud as necessary to maintain stakeholder access to incident data and reportingGenerate Assurance Reports on quality of event entries status of actions and any gap closure opportunities and work actively with the business to close any gaps
