QA QC Engineer Civil

What We re Looking For Bachelor s degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent from a recognized university IRCA Certified QMS Lead Auditor 15 years experience in construction of major Greenfield or Brownfield process plants in the Oil Gas industry including extensive experience in largescale Solar Photovoltaic projects in Qatar Responsibilities Develop implement and maintain civil quality assurance and control procedures in compliance with project specifications and standards Conduct inspections and surveillance of civil works including foundations structures and earthworks Review and verify civil construction documents drawings and specifications Coordinate with construction teams to ensure quality standards are met during all phases of civil work Lead nonconformance reports NCR investigations and ensure corrective actions are implemented Facilitate audits and inspections for civil activities and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards Prepare quality documentation reports and records for civil activities Requirements Extensive experience in civil QA QC within Oil Gas and Solar projects in Qatar Strong knowledge of civil standards codes and best practices Excellent leadership communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities
