Job Description

Rosewood Hotel Group, a world-renowned name in luxury hospitality, is seeking dedicated and hardworking Cleaners to join their team in Doha, Qatar. As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of guest rooms and public areas, ensuring a five-star guest experience at all times.This position is ideal for individuals who take pride in cleanliness, are detail-oriented, and enjoy working in a high-end hospitality environment.

Job Responsibilities

  • Perform daily cleaning of guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors, and public areas
  • Dust, sweep, mop, vacuum, and sanitize rooms and facilities
  • Replenish amenities such as towels, toiletries, and minibar supplies
  • Dispose of trash and ensure hygienic waste management
  • Follow hotel cleaning checklists and standards
  • Report any maintenance issues, damages, or lost items to supervisors
  • Comply with all health and safety regulations
  • Maintain cleanliness of cleaning equipment and storage areas
  • Provide excellent customer service if approached by guests

Education and Qualifications

  • No formal education required
  • Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience (hotel or commercial cleaning) is preferred
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently
  • Basic English communication skills
  • Knowledge of cleaning chemicals and supplies
  • Physically fit and able to stand, bend, and lift for long periods
  • Professional attitude and grooming standard in line with luxury hospitality

  • Salary : QAR 1,800 – QAR 2,500 / month (based on experience)
