Key Responsibilities

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the nursery ensuring a safe nurturing and stimulating environment for children.

Lead and support a team of early years educators and staff.

Maintain compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements.

Develop and implement age-appropriate educational programs and activities.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians fostering strong partnerships.

Manage nursery budgets resources and enrollment.

Drive continuous improvement and uphold high standards of care and education.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Early Childhood Education Education Management or related field.

Minimum 3 5 years of experience in a leadership role within an early years setting.

Strong knowledge of EYFS Montessori or similar curricula.

Excellent leadership communication and interpersonal skills.

Fluency in English.

Knowledge of Qatars Ministry of Education regulations is an advantage.
