Lead financial strategy formulation aligned with the institutions business goals.Advise the CEO / DCEO on financial performance, liquidity management, financial planning, capital structuring, and investment decisions.Oversee long-term budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and MIS reporting.Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements, management reports, and regulatory returns in compliance with QCB regulations and applicable accounting standards (e.g., IFRS), ensuring transparency and accuracy.Liaise with QCB examiners and external / internal auditors during inspections and reviews.Qualifications & Certifications
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, or Economics; MBA is a plus.
Must : Professional certifications such as CPA, CA, CMA, ACCA, or CFA.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive financial experience, with a proven track record in leadership roles within regulated financial institutions.
At least 5 years in a senior finance or managerial capacity
