• What will you do
• You will,
• Focus on maintenance and repair within set timeframe and according to defined process, service agreements and customer needs
• Complete planned site / customer visits and resolve customer request / calls as dispatched
• Develop positive customer relationships, ensure pro-active feedback on and documentation of the customer’s equipment and system status and of work completed
• How will you do it
• Under close supervision, you will maintain and repair systems malfunctions which require specific technical knowledge and relevant qualifications alongwith an understanding of time and material requirements. But you will also seek clarification and technical support where needed and escalate issues as appropriate.
• You will understand and analyse relevant technical documents such as electrical schemes, fluid schemes, piping diagrams, psychometric diagrams, etc.
• Also, you will communicate with customer upon arrival and before leaving the work site regularly to become familiar with operating problems and reach full understanding of customer needs.
• Keeping customer informed on the nature of service provided, outstanding issues, recommending system enhancement / upgrade / replacement and promoting the sale of change orders and / or additional labor & material work (L&M) will be important.
• You will be advising and training customer in system operations.
• You will make sure that document work is completed in a clear and concise way and promptly submits service reports.
• Maintaining and improving technical proficiency in Johnson Control’s product lines is ideal.
• You will ensure compliance with the Johnson Controls safety culture and adheres to all applicable safety standards, requirements and equipment.
• Ensuring compliance with environmental and industry regulations, where required is necessary too.
• In addition to the above mentioned tasks, other activities and responsibilities may be individually defined.
• What we look for
• Relevant qualifications related to BAS / BNS, HVAC, Refrigeration
• 2-4 years of experience in a similar role.
• Good product knowledge and ability to gain overall system understanding
• Basic computer skills (MS office).
• Fluent in English (spoken and written) is required
