We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager with experience in software solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling software solutions. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of driving revenue growth, building strong client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. JOB LOCATION : QATAR
Key Responsibilities :
- Business Growth & Sales Strategy : Develop and execute sales strategies to expand the company’s market presence in the Middle East.
- Lead Generation & Client Acquisition : Identify and engage with potential clients for IT solutions, focusing on Contact Center Solutions, ERP, and enterprise IT services.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers, C-level executives, and stakeholders in target industries.
- Proposal & Contract Negotiations : Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and negotiate contracts to close deals successfully.
- Market Research & Competitive Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, market demands, and competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
- Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with technical, pre-sales, and delivery teams to ensure seamless execution of projects.
- Revenue & Target Achievement : Meet and exceed sales targets and business development objectives.
Qualifications :
Experience : 3+ years of experience in IT sales with a strong focus on the Qatar Market.Industry Knowledge : Proven experience in selling software solutions such as Contact Center Solutions, ERP (Odoo, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics), or enterprise IT solutions.Regional Expertise : Strong network and business relationships within the Middle East.Skills : Excellent sales, negotiation, and presentation skills.Technical Understanding : Strong knowledge of IT solutions, including cloud-based technologies and digital transformation trends.Independence : Ability to drive business independently and work in a fast‑paced environment.Education : Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or a related field (MBA preferred).Languages : Fluency in English is required.#J-18808-Ljbffr
