What You’ll Do : Lead the development and execution of strategies to grow the listings and client engagement vertical Identify and convert new business opportunities while expanding and nurturing client relationships Coordinate with content and marketing teams to deliver high-impact digital and social media campaigns Oversee client onboarding and ensure efficient processing of sales and service orders Stay informed on marketplace trends to maintain high-quality, engaging, and competitive listings Track and report on performance metrics, sales outcomes, and market activity to senior leadership Build and maintain partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and external stakeholders Advise clients on pricing, legal considerations, and current market dynamics What We’re Looking For : 5+ years of experience in business development, digital marketplaces, or client services Proven track record in sales growth and strategic account management Strong leadership and team development skills Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical capabilities Familiarity with online platforms and digital campaign execution Seniority level
