Job description

Overview

Hands‑on experience maintaining chiller plant HVAC systems, elevators and escalators. Manage shift rounds to inspect compressors, chillers, pumps, extrusion equipment, air‑water and electrical systems to ensure operational standards.

Responsibilities

  • Inspect and troubleshoot air compressors, chillers, compressors, water pumps, extrusion equipment, air‑water and electrical systems.
  • Minimize equipment leaks and other deficiencies; act as needed.
  • Maintain and repair elevator and escalator mechanisms, door mechanisms, cables, hydraulic buffers, pumps, brakes, rails guides and related equipment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in electromechanical or mechanical engineering.
  • 7–10 years of hands‑on electromechanical maintenance experience.
  • Understanding of BMS and computer‑based maintenance systems.
