Qualification & Experience
- Qualification : Bachelor’s degree in occupational health & safety, electrical / mechanical / chemical, Industrial or Fire & Safety Engineering from a reputed university.
- Experience : Not less than 12 years of experience in Health, Safety & Environment Management System development and implementation in accordance with ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 standards.
- In-depth knowledge of local and international HSE regulations and standards.
- Experience with conducting internal HSE Management System audits.
- Strong background in risk assessment and incident investigation.
- Fluent in English correspondence. Knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
- Computer literate and presentation skill.
- Requires mobile communication during normal and outside office hours for emergency contact.
- Interview : Pass written assessment & interview conducted by Kahramaa.

Certification Requirements : Should be either CMIOSH (Chartered Member) or GradIOSH (Graduate Member) having NEBOSH International Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety or Certified Safety Professional (CSP).Emergency Response & Preparedness from recognized institute.ISO 45001 & ISO 22301 Lead Auditor Training.Major Duties / Responsibilities
Ensures effective implementation and maintenance of Health, Safety & Environment policies and programs to ensure compliance with HSE Management System.Developing internal audit plans and schedules based on the organization's HSE management system requirements.Conducting thorough audits of Kahramaa departments to evaluate the effectiveness and compliance of the HSE management system.Identifying non-conformities, potential risks, and areas for improvement.Preparing detailed audit reports that include findings, conclusions, and recommendations.Maintaining accurate and organized records of audit activities and results.Communicating audit findings to relevant stakeholders and ensuring timely follow-up on corrective actions.Monitoring the effectiveness of implemented corrective actions and verifying their completion.Promoting a culture of continuous improvement within the organization.Providing training and guidance to employees on HSE management system requirements and best practices.Staying up-to-date with changes in HSE regulations, standards, and industry trends.Continuously evaluate and improve HSE programs and procedures to enhance the overall safety culture within KAHRAMAA.Assists in the development of HSE management procedures, in compliance with all relevant quality standards and procedural / legislative requirements.#J-18808-Ljbffr
