Responsibilities
- Respond to medical emergencies and provide pre-hospital care
- Assess the nature of an illness or injury
- Provide basic first aid and monitor vital signs
- Administer medications as appropriate for pre-hospital care
- Perform physical examinations and assist with patient care in an ambulance or at a healthcare facility
- Monitor vital signs and document patient information
- Stabilize patients requiring advanced life support interventions
- Transport patients to healthcare facilities
- Communicate with family members regarding the condition of their loved ones
Qualifications & Requirements
