Job descriptionA Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field. MMUP -UPDA (Grade A / B) certified Engineer. QCDD Approved with 5 years of experience in healthcare environment or any other similar Facility. Excellent Technical report writing Skill in alignment with FLS code compliance. This will be a key position responsible for Complete comprehensive ITM scope of the Facility Assigned . Must be proactive and able to coordinate with all stalk holders to get all kinds of approvals to complete scheduled ITM Work. Strong knowledge of relevant building codes and standards. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate complex technical information to clients. Be able to perform the role of safety officer for CMC works and CMC staff safety needs. Excellent Communication Skills Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
Seeking a QCD registered Engineer to be hired in a tendering Project for one of the Prominent Healthcare Group in Qatar .In this role, you'll be responsible for ensuring that all necessary safety and fire protection measures are in place at our clients' facilities.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and site visits to ensure compliance with Civil Defence regulations and standards.
- Develop and implement fire safety plans and procedures.
- Advise clients on fire protection systems and equipment.
- Conduct fire drills and train employees on fire safety practices.
- Provide technical support during inspections and investigations.
- Conduct research and stay up-to-date on fire protection technology and standards.
- Maintain records and documentation related to fire safety.
