Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Executive to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leasing and selling residential and commercial properties, generating leads, and closing successful deals in compliance with Qatari real estate regulations.
Key Responsibilities
- Market and promote properties through various channels.
- Arrange property viewings and follow up with potential clients.
- Negotiate lease and sale agreements between landlords and tenants / buyers.
- Build and maintain strong vendor and client relationships.
- Maintain updated knowledge of market trends, rental rates, and competitor offerings.
- Ensure all transactions comply with Qatari real estate laws and company policies.
Requirements
Minimum 2 years’ experience in Qatar real estate.Real Estate Agent Card (preferred) or eligibility to obtain one.Proven track record of closing rental / sales deals.Strong communication and negotiation skills in English (Arabic and other languages are an advantage).Valid Qatar driving licenseSelf-motivated, target-driven, and team player.#J-18808-Ljbffr
