Responsibilities Handle daily purchases for the caf ensuring timely procurement of quality supplies Maintain accurate financial records including bookkeeping and data entry Track and reconcile daily transactions ensuring accuracy in accounts Manage and organize supplier contracts invoices and payment records Prepare financial reports expense summaries and budgets for management review Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with vendors for replenishment Ensure compliance with Qatar s financial regulations and standards Support in auditing processes and provide required documentation Qualifications Education Bachelor s or Master s Degree in Finance Accounting or a related field Experience 1 2 years in accounting or purchasing roles preferred Fluent in English Arabic proficiency is a plus Proficient in financial software and Excel Must be currently based in Qatar and ready to join immediately Compensation Benefits Salary Competitive and aligned with market standards Full benefits as per Qatari labor laws
