Responsibilities
Conducting the process of providing external audit services including checking accounts payable, maintaining records on inventory / fixed assets and other audit activities for the clients.Reviewing data about material assets, net worth, liabilities, capital stock, surplus, income, and expenditures.Examining and analyzing accounting records to determine financial status of company.Examining and evaluating financial information systems, recommending controls to ensure system reliability and data integrity.Examining records, tax returns, and related documents pertaining to settlement of decedent's estate.Inspecting items in books of original entry to determine if accepted accounting procedure was followed in recording transactions.Counts cash on hand, inspects notes receivable and payable, negotiable securities, and cancelled checks.Directing activities of personnel engaged in filing, recording, compiling and transmitting financial records.Job Type
