Executive Chef vacancy in Ar-Ruwais Qatar

Executive Chef (Indian / Egyptian) - Contract Position in Qatar

We are seeking an experienced Executive Chef to join our team in Ar-Ruwais, Qatar on a contract basis. As an Executive Chef, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of our kitchen operations and managing a team of chefs and kitchen staff.

Key Responsibilities :

Plan and create menus that reflect the culinary preferences and cultural backgrounds of Indian / Egyptian cuisine
Oversee food preparation, cooking, and presentation to ensure high quality standards are met
Train and supervise kitchen staff on proper food handling and preparation techniques
Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed to maintain efficient operations
Ensure compliance with all food safety regulations and sanitation standards
Collaborate with management to develop new menu items and seasonal specials
Maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked kitchen at all times

Requirements :

Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef in a high-volume restaurant or hotel setting

Extensive knowledge of Indian / Egyptian cuisine and cooking techniques

Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team

Excellent communication, organizational, and time management abilities

Graduation from a culinary program or relevant degree preferred

Must be able to work on a contract basis with possibility for extension

Accommodation will be provided by the company
