Responsibilities

Develop creative design concepts and detailed architectural drawings.

Create 3D models and visualizations to bring ideas to life.

Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards.

Collaborate with clients, engineers, consultants, and contractors.

Oversee construction progress to ensure design quality and timely delivery.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of architectural design and project coordination experience.

Strong knowledge of building codes, construction techniques, and sustainable design (LEED / WELL is a plus).

Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, 3ds Max, Rhino, and Adobe Creative Suite.

Strong creativity, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.

Excellent communication, coordination, and leadership abilities.
