Job descriptionLead collection and validation of initiative progress data ensuring accuracy and compliance with reporting standards Prepare highquality reports and presentations delivering structured insights to leadership at agreed cadence Translate complex findings into clear recommendations and action points for decisionmakers Coordinate with stakeholders to gather reporting inputs address data gaps and ensure alignment on performance metrics Mentor and support junior analysts fostering collaboration Advanced proficiency in data analysis and reporting tools Strong understanding of KPIs project tracking methodologies & performance monitoring tools Ability to structure and present complex data in a clear and impactful manner Strong analytical thinking and problemsolving skills Attention to detail and high accuracy in reporting Effective communication and stakeholder management abilities. Cognos Microsoft Access SQL Crystal Reports Financial Report Writing Power BI Pivot tables ssrs Tableau Regulatory Reporting SAS Data Analysis Skills
