Create personalized lesson plans based on the needs and goals of each student Conduct one-on-one or small group tutoring sessions Utilize a variety of teaching methods and materials to make learning engaging and effective Assess student progress and provide regular feedback on areas for improvement Encourage students to practice speaking and using English in real-life situations Incorporate cultural aspects into lessons to enhance understanding of the language Requirements

Native-level proficiency in English Previous experience teaching English as a second language Familiarity with Indian culture and educational system Patient, flexible, and adaptable teaching style Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently
