Driving & Delivery : Operate a company van (often medium-sized, sometimes refrigerated) to deliver FMCG items such as food, fresh produce, or chilled products directly to retailers, distributors, or HORECA clients. Direct Sales & Merchandising : Sell products on route, ensure proper display on shelves, manage stock rotation (FIFO), and maintain inventory within the vehicle. Payment Handling : Collect cash or digital payments, issue invoices, and ensure secure handling of funds. Target Achievement & Market Expansion : Meet or exceed daily, monthly, or weekly sales targets and expand customer base by identifying new opportunities. Reporting & Communication : Submit daily sales reports, relay customer feedback, monitor competitor activity, and coordinate with supervisors or sales managers. Requirements Must have prior FMCG food products (such as water, chips, etc.) van sales experience, preferably in Qatar or the GCC. Candidates with expired licenses must bear the renewal expenses upon arrival in Doha to become legally eligible to work.
