Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and manage B2B sales in the ELV and IT sector. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through strategic account management, relationship building, and identifying new opportunities for our IT solutions. You will manage key enterprise clients, nurture existing relationships, and develop new partnerships, all while collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet client needs.

Key Responsibilities

Account Management :

Develop and manage a portfolio of Government and Large enterprise B2B accounts, ensuring high client satisfaction and retention. Regularly engage with C-level executives and decision-makers to understand business needs and offer tailored IT solutions.

Sales Strategy :

Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals and exceed sales targets, focusing on revenue growth, market penetration, and client expansion.

Business Development :

Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective large-scale clients. Drive the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.

Client Relationship Management :

Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders at existing and potential client companies. Provide exceptional service to ensure continued business.

Solution Selling :

Understand and clearly communicate the company's IT solutions and services (e.g., software, infrastructure, managed services, security, etc.). Present value propositions and customized solutions to meet client needs.

Negotiation and Contracts :

Lead contract negotiations, ensuring favorable terms for both clients and the company. Handle pricing strategies, contract renewals, and long-term partnerships.

Collaboration :

Work closely with technical teams, product development, marketing, and other departments to ensure that client requirements are met with high-quality solutions and support.

Market Research :

Keep up with industry trends, market developments, and competitors to adapt strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

Reporting :

Regularly report on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback to upper management. Utilize CRM tools to manage pipelines, forecasts, and track sales activities.

Requirements

Experience :

5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in the IT industry, with a strong focus on Government and large enterprise accounts.

Proven Track Record :

Demonstrated success in achieving or exceeding sales targets, with experience managing multimillion-dollar accounts.

Communication Skills :

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical solutions to non-technical stakeholders.

Technical Knowledge :

A solid understanding of IT solutions, including software, cloud services, security, infrastructure, and managed services.

Relationship Building :

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to develop and maintain relationships with high-level executives.

Analytical Skills :

Ability to analyze sales data, market trends, and client needs to drive informed business decisions.

Negotiation Skills :

Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals.

Education :

Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field.

CRM Expertise :

Proficiency in CRM systems and sales analytics tools.

Key Competencies

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Strong leadership and team collaboration abilities.

Strategic thinking with attention to detail.
