Job Purpose
Responsible for defining product strategy, managing the product lifecycle, and ensuring operational efficiency for Warehouse Equipment. This role involves close collaboration with sales, marketing, and operations teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet customer needs and business objectives
Principal Accountabilities
- Develop and prioritize product roadmap aligned with business goals and market trends
- Establish criteria for milestones and track progress against product development objectives
Specification & Order Management
Select appropriate equipment specifications based on racking systems and operational requirementsCreate and manage orders on manufacturer portals, ensuring accuracy and complianceHandle direct sales and project transactions for warehouse equipment and related systems worth Minimum 7 Mn (minimum subjected to change based on market conditions & management guidelines)
Attend client and consultant meetings to provide technical and strategic inputReporting & Documentation
Prepare and submit monthly reports to manufacturersDocument product specifications, features, and work orders for internal and external communicationMarket Analysis & Business Development
Review sales performance, customer concerns, and emerging opportunities to drive business strategyLiaise with clients to understand business needs and market landscapeBoost customer base penetration through creative promotional approachesMaintain positive vendor relationships to ensure strong partnershipsCollaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to launch products on time and within budgetAssess costs and production capabilities to evaluate economic viabilityDirect planning and budgeting efforts for product-related initiativesRequired Qualifications
