Job Role E-COMMERCE & MARKETING COORDINATOR
Duties and Responsibilities
Implement the marketing activation strategies provided by the head of entity to drive brand awareness and product visibility.
Coordinate marketing campaigns and activations, including product launches, demos, and promotional events.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of marketing initiatives with overall business objectives.
Prepare regular reports on marketing activities, including ROI analysis and key performance metrics to be provided to the head of entity.
Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in marketing activation and event management.
Proven experience in marketing activation for brands, event management, or related roles.
Collect data about target demographics and analyze market trends to improve a company's marketing efforts.
Track sales data and work with marketing teams to achieve marketing goals.
Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.
Qualifications and Competencies
Bachelor's degree holder in business administration, marketing, or any related field.
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in wholesale market.
Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social media marketing.
Must possess Qatar Driving license.
Proficiency in sales report generation of the wholesale division.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
