QA / QC Engineer (MEP Projects) – Al Futtaim Engineering

To ensure excellence in Quality Assurance and Control throughout all operations, processes, and documentation of the company, the responsibilities include :

• Ensure the completion of internal ISO Quality System Audits of departments and sites.
• Assess and implement total quality management systems throughout the company.
• Deliver materials related to quality to sites.
• Assist other companies under the Group with obtaining ISO certifications.
• Coordinate with external certification bodies during external audits.
• Collect installation reports done by third-party quality inspections from Bureau Veritas.
• Lead quality award and recognition campaigns by implementing best quality practices with internal business excellence teams and external consultants.
• Collect feedback from main contractors, consultants, and project representatives regarding the efficiency of site installations.
• Analyze customer survey feedback and propose corrective actions related to quality control.
• Prepare specialized reports on Facilities Management customers' feedback for the Senior Executive Director.
• Conduct random quality checks and surprise visits to the Ducts division.

Internal Work Relationships within Group :

All departments of M&E and project sites : departmental and site procedures, training requirements, internal audits conducted, non-conformities reported to departments and project sites.

External Work Relationships :

ISO Certification agency : external quality management audits.
