Secondary English Teacher (Doha, Qatar)

Job Title : Secondary English Teacher Location : Doha, Qatar Start Date : ASAP

School Description : A reputable British International School in Doha is looking for two passionate and skilled Secondary English Teachers to join its dynamic English department. The school offers the British Curriculum and is committed to fostering critical thinking, creativity, and high academic achievement. Key Responsibilities :

Teach English Language and Literature following the British Curriculum.

Deliver engaging lessons that promote analytical and creative thinking.

Assess and monitor student progress using a range of formative and summative strategies.

Provide constructive feedback to support student growth and achievement.

Develop strong working relationships with students, parents, and fellow staff.

Contribute to curriculum development, departmental planning, and wider school activities.

Requirements :

A degree in English or a related field.

A recognised teaching qualification (e.g. PGCE, QTS).

Experience teaching British or IB Curriculum (essential).

Strong subject knowledge and passion for English education.

International experience is a plus but not essential.

Salary & Benefits :

Salary : 13,000 QAR – 16,000 QAR.

Accommodation : Provided.
