Content Creator

The Content Creator is responsible for producing engaging, high-quality content across photo, video, and copywriting formats to bring The Plaza Doha, LXR Hotels & Resorts to life. This role ensures that all deliverables are completed on time, aligned with Hilton LXR brand standards, and reflective of the hotel’s luxury positioning. From capturing striking visuals of our rooms and culinary experiences to creating compelling stories for social media and talent attraction, you will play a vital role in showcasing the essence of our brand.

What will I be doing?

• Develop and produce creative content (photos, videos, reels, stories, and copy) for all social media platforms, websites, and digital channels in line with Hilton brand standards.
• Work closely with the Marketing & Communications Team to conceptualize and execute campaigns that highlight the hotel’s offerings, from luxury accommodations to dining experiences and events.
• Assist in developing content for talent attraction campaigns to enhance the hotel’s employer brand presence.
• Ensure all content is visually appealing, brand-consistent, and aligned with the hotel’s identity and style.
• Stay up to date with social media, digital marketing, and content creation trends, applying new techniques and tools where relevant.
• Manage multiple projects at once, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality outputs.
• Support the creation of marketing collateral and storytelling content that give tangible expression to the hotel’s services and experiences.
• Collaborate with different departments and outlets to understand their needs and translate them into engaging content.
• Review and refine content to ensure accuracy, creativity, and maximum engagement.
