Head Waitress – Arabic Speaker

A high-end fine dining restaurant in Qatar is seeking a confident, experienced, and service-focused Head Waitress who is fluent in Arabic and English. This role requires a leader who is passionate about hospitality, attentive to detail, and capable of delivering a refined guest experience. You will guide the front-of-house team, ensuring service excellence and the smooth daily operation of the dining floor.

Key Responsibilities :

Lead and supervise the service team during operations, ensuring consistent delivery of exceptional guest experiences.

Welcome and engage guests with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring their needs are anticipated and exceeded.

Communicate fluently in Arabic and English to assist guests from diverse backgrounds.

Maintain deep knowledge of the menu, including ingredients, preparation methods, and wine pairings.

Handle guest feedback or complaints with discretion, empathy, and efficiency.

Support the training and development of junior staff to uphold high service standards.

Coordinate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure timely and accurate service.

Monitor cleanliness and presentation of the dining area in line with hygiene and luxury standards.

Assist in daily briefings, shift planning, and performance evaluations as directed by management.

Uphold company policies and contribute to a positive team culture.
