Store Assistant

You’ll be stepping into strategic tasks, managing cross-functional projects, and ensuring nothing falls through the cracks in the CEO’s world. Key Responsibilities :

• Act as the CEO’s right hand, managing their schedule, inbox, priorities, and key communications
• Attend internal and external meetings on behalf of the CEO; take notes, follow up on action items, and ensure deliverables are met
• Manage cross-departmental projects, timelines, and team alignment on company goals
• Handle high-level correspondence, internal memos, and confidential documents with discretion
• Oversee the flow of studio operations, helping ensure everything is on track and

delivered without delay
