Job Description

As a Fitness Instructor, you will design and lead fitness programs, conduct sports activities, and provide personalized instruction to guests. Your role involves promoting health and wellness and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.

• Ensure all dealings with guests in the fitness areas meet or exceed the resort operating standards.
• Prioritize the health and safety of guests and employees at all times.
• Coordinate and facilitate sports and recreational activities.
• Interact with guests in a friendly and approachable manner, promoting the benefits of physical activity and healthy living.
• Collaborate with the team to plan and execute special events, themed fitness programs, or wellness initiatives, and contribute ideas for new attractions that promote physical activity and guest engagement.
• Maintain proper inventories of all operating equipment in line with audit standards to manage operational costs.
• Ensure the department follows safety protocols and maintains confidentiality for all guests and colleagues.
• Ensure all fitness / gym equipment is maintained in good working condition.
• Inspect, maintain, and sanitize fitness equipment, sports gear, and activity areas for cleanliness, functionality, and safety.
