Role Overview

A Laundry Attendant is responsible for supporting laundry operations and providing pressing, sewing, and similar services to deliver an excellent Guest and Member experience.

Waldorf Astoria Doha Lusail – Qatar Entertainment City Doha, Plot No. LED-ENT / 01

Key Responsibilities

• Support the laundry function as required.
• Complete wash cycles, fold linen, and store items correctly.
• Manage guest requests in line with company brand standards and one‑call delivery deadline.
• Greet guests in public areas and rooms warmly and friendly.
• Provide laundry, pressing, sewing, and related services to guests.
• Ensure soiled and damaged linen is stored in soiled bags and disposed of correctly.
• Maintain the linen room and uniform store, stocking floors with correct amounts of each linen item.
• Use and store chemicals properly.
• Report maintenance and hazard issues.
• Comply with hotel security, fire regulations, and all health and safety legislation.
