Our pastry kitchen is where magic happens, and you’ll work alongside some of the finest chefs, perfecting your craft and learning from the best in the business. Responsibilities
Support the pastry team in daily kitchen operations and assist in pastry and bakery preparation. Follow recipes and maintain quality standards and portion control. Ensure cleanliness and food safety practices in line with hotel standards. Assist in new product development and presentation of desserts and pastries. Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of experience as a Commis Chef specializing in Pastry / Bakery is required. Internships or practical training in Pastry and Bakery are advantageous. Commitment to maintaining quality standards and adhering to recipes. Willingness to work in shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, as required in the hotel industry. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Additional Information
