Overview

We are actively seeking a creative, innovative, highly motivated Nail and Eyelash Technician Trainer specializing in the Russian technique. This individual will lead our team of nail and eyelash technicians, providing training, fostering creativity in new looks, implementing procedures, and helping our team achieve their fullest potential.

Responsibilities

  • Provide comprehensive training for nail and eyelash technicians in Russian techniques
  • Must be very hands-on, pay strong attention to detail, and have a goal-oriented attitude.
  • Ensure that every nail tech delivers consistent, impeccable, memorable, and hygienic service.
  • Train and enforce that all processes, procedures, and protocols are being followed.
  • Help in creating new and innovative nail and eyelash designs.
  • Train techs on new and upcoming techniques.
  • Manage equipment and inventory.
  • Be the go-to technician for any questions other nail and eyelash techs may have regarding nail and eyelash treatments.

Skills and Qualifications

  • 5+ years experience in a high volume beauty salon.
  • Experience conducting eyelash and brow service corrections / adjustments.
  • Experience in increasing quality of service execution of peers.
  • Proven track record for gaining repeat business and in upgrading services to guests.
  • Experience with facilitating formal technical lash service training.
  • Strong communication skills are a must.
  • Must be a people person, fun, and outgoing to employees and customers.
  • Proficient in all aspects of nail treatments.
  • A multi-tasker passionate about teaching others.
  • Passionate about the beauty industry and learning upcoming techniques and trends.
  • Innovative, motivating, problem solving, and driven creatively.
  • Should be team focused, highly organized, and meticulous.
  • Self-starter and resourceful.
  • Desire to grow professionally.
