We’re Hiring : MEP Supervisor (Office-Based Position)

We are looking for an experienced and skilled MEP Supervisor to join our team and support project operations from the office.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in sourcing and selecting the right candidates for ongoing and upcoming MEP projects
  • Review and coordinate MEP designs, drawings, and project requirements
  • Demonstrate strong decision‑making abilities to support site and management teams
  • Provide technical expertise, especially in HVAC and Air Conditioning systems
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, and site supervisors to ensure smooth project execution
  • Prepare and maintain reports, documentation, and coordination logs

Requirements

  • Diploma or Degree in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC and Air Conditioning systems
  • Excellent leadership, coordination, and communication skills
  • Previous experience in MEP supervision or project coordination
  • NOC is mandatory
  • GCC experience preferred
