General Manager, Group of Companies

Our client based in Qatar is a major holding group of companies and have been operational for many years. The companies that have successfullybeen organically developed are mainly in the commercial, industrial and hospitality sectors. AP Executive have been exclusively retained to assist our valued client with sourcing an experienced and skilled and highly experienced General Manager to lead a wide range of company strategic objectives. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the holding company's operations, including management, finance, marketing, sales, and public relations. The General Manager will play a key role in driving business growth, improving efficiency, and ensuring the holding company's long-term success.

This senior role will be reporting to the board, and will be dealing with ensuring strategic objectives are in place to achieve profits and growth of the businesses. Be fully responsible for all major projects being undertaken by the holding companym whilst ensuring all operations are running smoothly. Preparation and implementation of an annual business plan, Ensuring budgets, cash flow and companies' profits are met. Making sure all contractual agreements with clients are implemented and met. Line management of all project managers to ensure delivery of services to clients and achieve the planned results.

The ideal candidate must have proven experience as a seasoned general manager having been responsible for a number of businesses prior, or be in a similar current leadership role. This is a senior level position therefore the successful applicant will need to possess strong management skills, excellent financial analysis and forecasting and operational line management capabilities. A strong background in marketing, sales, and public relations. Be recognized for strong communication and interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, informed decision-making, and effective problem-solving with a highly analytical approach.

We can only consider Arabic speaking candidates who are based in Qatar or who are open to relocate to Qatar and who have experience in Trading & Contracting companies.
