Sales Advisor Associate

Job Purpose

Responsible for selling Tyres and Batteries to customers, ensuring their needs are met efficiently and effectively. Maintain a strong understanding of the products and their compatibility, providing expert advice to customers as per their requirements.

Principal Accountabilities

• Understand the customer needs and recommend the appropriate tyres and batteries.
• Negotiate prices to close deals and achieve sales targets; Process orders and ensure that products are delivered in a timely manner.
• Monitor inventory levels and stock availability; Conduct regular stock checks and reconcile discrepancies.
• Coordinate with the procurement and warehouse team to ensure availability of tyres and batteries and timely delivery to customers.
• Maintain accurate records of sales transactions and inventory movements; Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and customer feedback.
• Provide feedback to management on customer preferences, market trends, and product performance.
