Responsibilities
Strategic
Enhance search strategies by understanding market trends and collaborating with Executive Recruiters and hiring managers to source top talent.Manage strategic pipelines for critical and hard‑to‑fill leadership roles with future talent skills and business needs in mind.Provide input to strategic improvement plans based on customer feedback, market intelligence, business needs and recruitment knowledge.Operational
Ensure delivery of output metrics, including Quality‑of‑Hire, Source‑of‑Hire, Prospects‑Conversion‑Rates and Voice‑of‑Customer survey results.Lead the executive search delivery process across assigned areas, managing portfolios, stakeholder relationships and candidate / hiring‑manager satisfaction.Lead special projects aligned with group‑wide requirements to secure the best talent.Ensure readiness of candidate pipelines and market‑related compensation through research and collaboration with the remuneration team.Act as the primary negotiator and closer for selected candidates.Promote best practices, coach hiring managers and ensure high‑quality hiring decisions meet all metrics.Contribute to the Executive Recruitment team’s knowledge base with industry insights and innovative digital tools.Champion compliance with group policies and ensure accurate information in ATS, CRM and other tools.Articulate our unique employment brand and support scaling of brand equity.Facilitate executive integration through individualized plans and alignment with broader teams.Collaborate with Business Psychology Team to assess risks and develop mitigation strategies.Report search progress, lead business update meetings and cultivate a diverse talent bench.Influence the executive search process, define Hiring Manager roles and set performance expectations.Analyze metrics to highlight process improvements and behavioral adjustments.Qualifications
About You
Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) and minimum 6 years of job‑related experience.Extensive executive search experience (VP level and above) in corporate recruiting or executive search firms.Proven partnership with senior leadership and influence at the executive level.Exceptional people skills to build trust with executives and candidates.Proficiency in leadership competency frameworks, psychometric tools and cultural fit evaluation.Skilled in structuring executive compensation packages and managing sensitive negotiations.Strong analytical skills to interpret market intelligence, recruitment metrics and provide actionable insights.Ability to manage searches across multiple geographies and cultural contexts.Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities in a fast‑paced environment.Hands‑on experience in research / sourcing.Preferred
Experience working within a global organization and a complex business environment.Familiarity with the aviation sector and competitive landscape for senior talent.Experience with ATS systems, BI dashboards and executive recruitment tools.Executive coaching or assessment certifications (e.g., Hogan, Korn Ferry) or HR credentials (e.g., CIPD, SHRM).Proven resourcing experience within a fast‑paced, complex environment.About Qatar Airways Group
