Job Overview

Gulf Food Center, a neighborhood hypermarket in Old Airport, Doha, is looking for an experienced Retail Floor Supervisor to lead our Dry, Packaged & Household sections.

Responsibilities

You will oversee daily floor operations, merchandising, stock levels, staff performance, and customer service to ensure a great shopping experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma / Bachelor’s in Business / Retail
• 3–5 years retail experience (min. 2 years in a hypermarket supervisory role)
• Strong leadership, merchandising and inventory skills
